(A) All currently available information on a product is published on this website or in our eBay auctions.  Be sure to check both.  If there is an item specific that you feel needs to be added, please be sure to contact us (see info above or on our company page).

(A) Product can be purchased directly from our Website, eBay, or from select dealers.
(Q) How long has the Vidsonix brand name been around?
(A) Since 2000.
(Q) What is your Return Policy?
(A) All items can be returned for a refund within 14 days of receipt unless otherwise specified.  No RMA is required as long as a copy of the original receipt is included, with a note as to why you are returning the product.  Original shipping is not refundable.
(Q) Do you have a catalog?
(A) Catalogs are distributed with purchased product and can also be downloaded on our home page.
(Q) What payment types do you accept?
(A) We accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover and American Express credit cards via the Paypal interface.  You do not need to have a Paypal account to use this service.  Non-Paypal account transactions are processed through the Paypal interface just as any other brick and mortar store or non-Paypal credit card processor.  We also accept money orders sent through regular mail.
